Sons of Anarchy

Well, after 4 years of hearing about how great the show, Sons of Anarchy, is, I finally watched the first 3 seasons - only 1 more season to go until I'm caught up. I'm totally hooked. ...MORE>>>

I don't know whay I waited so long to start watching. I did the same thing with Lost. I kept hearing people talk about how great Lost is, but I didn't get around to watching it until the 4th season. Of course, I had to catchup by watching previous seasons of Lost before I could start watching current episodes. You can't just start watching Season 4 of shows like Lost and Sons of Anarchy and expect to know what's going on.

Anyway, I've always been a huge fan of crime dramas - especially organized crime - and Sons of Anarchy is exactly that - an AWESOME organized crime drama in the form of a gun running biker gang from California that has connections with the I.R.A... The story line is awesome. The cast selection is awesome. The acting is awesome. What can I say? AWESOME!

I'm not going to get into the details of the show because you've likely already seen the show and already know the details. Plus, that info is available all over the internet. If you haven't seen it and you're into crime dramas, watch all 4 seasons in sequential order. After you do, you'll be like, AWESOME!

That's pretty much the main point of this post. I like Sons of Anarchy. And, now that fact has been established, I have 2 last comments to make related to the show.

First, for a lady in her mid 50's, Katey Sagal looks pretty good...

The last time that I recall seeing her was in the late eighties and early nineties when she played Peg Bundy on Married with Children. As tacky as Peg Bundy was, every guy that I knew back then that watched the show thought that Peg Bundy was, at the very least, sort of hot and everyone definitely agreed that she had a nice rack.

Now that I've seen her for the first time in like 20 years in Sons of Anarchy, I can still say that she's sort of hot and definitely has a nice rack - despite the fact that she's in her mid 50's.

Next and final comment: Drea de Matteo who played Adriana, Christopher Soprano's girlfriend, on the Sopranos makes occasional appearances on Sons of Anarchy. In both shows, she plays characters that are a little rough around the edges. Ya know, a sort of tough bad girl. I'm not sure if she's like that in real life or not, but she definitely has that rough around the edges bad girl look that I find a little bit sexy. Or, maybe I think that she looks like a rough around the edges bad girl because of her character in the Sopranos. Whichever the case, it doesn't change the fact that she's sort of hot.

I have something to admit. Until today, I didn't know that her name was Drea de Matteo. In fact, I didn't ever know her real name. I always refer to her as Adriana from the Sopranos. I had to go to IMDB to figure out what her real name is.
